Humberto is the Owner and Publisher of 55+ Magazine, and as such, he has written many varied articles for his publication. He has also written articles for the Miami Herald and El Nuevo Heraldo.
In 2009, He co-wrote his first book with Cindy VanDusen entitled "Everything You Need to Ask When Selecting an Assisted Living Facility."
This book went on to win the 2009 National Caregiver Award.
In 2014, Humberto started gaining interest in writing musical plays. He completed "TANGObsession" in 2015 and premiered it at the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center in Miami, Florida.
In 2016, Humberto's passion and creativity led him to begin writing new, short plays. Recently, he created "Metodo de Estudio para el Interprete" with another writer, director and actor, Carlos Rapolla.
Humberto is now writing two new plays that he will produce in 2017. One is "Tango Prohibido" with a special guest star, and the other is "Thanks for the Music," which centers around the period, 1978-1982 in Argentina. It uses National Argentinian Rock 'n' Roll music as a backdrop for this Avante-Garde Musical.
